Property and Cancellation Policies :
- Free cancellation: If the guest informs about cancellation 48 hours prior to the check-in time (1 PM) on the check-in date.
- If the guest has already checked-in, no refund for the subsequent seven days of booking from the point of declaration of cancellation. A 50% refund would be awarded after the first seven days are over.

1. Prices & Taxes: All prices are inclusive of taxes. Additional payable services at the property may be chargeable. Prices are dynamic in nature and the hostel reserves the right to impose prices upon extensions as provided in the system by the management.
2. Payments: The hostel maintains a strict prepayment policy at the time of check-ins and extensions. We charge 3% extra on card payments. For payments made through currencies other than INR, we buy the currency at our own rates fixed by the management. The rates are subject to change on a weekly basis.
3. Minors: The hostel only accommodates adults (18+). No minors are allowed to stay at the property.
4. Parking: The hostel provides free parking on the bases of availability.
5. Hostel Events: Guests have free access to most hostel events until and unless informed before hand.
6. Use of Personal Information: The hostel maintains a strict policy to keep the information of all guests confidential.
7. Liability: The hostel maintains the right to charge the guest for any direct liability incurred by the hostel on behalf of the guest.
8. Force Majeure: The clause - Force Majeure, frees the hostel from obligation or liability when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the hostel such as war, physical violence, drug abuse, riot, strike, crime or an event described by legal term Act of God prevents the hostel from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.
9. Rights to Admission: The hostel does not accommodate residents of the city of New Delhi. The hostel also maintains the right to decide if it wishes to provide accommodations to certain guests or not.
